• Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries from German-speaking users via instant messaging.
• Assist users with troubleshooting and guidance related to their social media accounts.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and friendly support.
• Document interactions and solutions to enhance the customer support knowledge base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex customer issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide relevant information to users.
• Offer feedback and ideas for improving customer support processes.

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong emphasis on customer service.
