Primary Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch support and assistance to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat during their travel planning process.
• Offer insightful recommendations regarding travel packages, destinations, and accommodations tailored to client needs.
• Design customized travel itineraries that encompass clients’ preferences and budget considerations.
• Effectively address and resolve client issues and inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system to ensure effective follow-ups and service continuity.
• Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destination news, and company offerings to provide well-informed recommendations.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Prior experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a related role is strongly preferred.
• A genuine passion for travel and familiarity with diverse global destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to resolve client complaints effectively and provide tailored solutions.
• Proficient with CRM systems and standard office software tools.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
