About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our customer support team in Sofia. As a German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from German-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and resolving various customer issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve a wide variety of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

• Assist customers with account-related issues, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.

• Provide professional and friendly support, ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (B2-C1 level) and good command of English (B2-C1 level).

• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.

• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with varying shifts, including weekends.

• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
