Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries and support requests
• Deliver service through phone, email, and chat channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

Requirements

• German – C2 level
• English – B2 level
• EU passport or Portuguese work authorization
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to relocate to Porto as soon as possible
