German-speaking Customer Support Relocation to Portugal

We are hiring a German-speaking Customer Support professional for an on-site position in Lisbon, Portugal. You will work with internal tools and systems to document cases, follow established procedures, and meet quality and performance targets. We are looking for candidates with native or near-native proficiency in the required language, a good level of English (B2 or higher), and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
