What Youll Be Doing

• Support users via email, chat, or ticketing systems (no phone calls in most cases).

• Assist with platform usage, account access, and content-related inquiries.

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, ads).

• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and escalate complex cases as needed.

• Stay updated on platform changes, features, and internal policies.

• Collaborate with colleagues and team leads to maintain quality and consistency.
