Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming queries from banking customers via phone, email, and chat

• Support clients with account-related questions, transactions, and technical issues

• Ensure all interactions meet security and confidentiality standards

• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and accurate support

What You Need to Succeed:

• German: C1 level (fluency required; native not necessary)

• Valid Greek Tax ID (AFM) and Social Security Number (AMKA or PAAYPA) are mandatory

• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

• Previous experience or interest in banking or financial services is a plus
