About the company and the project:

An internationally recognized, AI-powered B2B travel platform for businesses is seeking a German-speaking Sales Executive with experience in the maritime sector to join its growing team.

Founded in 2017 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, the company is on a mission to simplify the often cumbersome process of booking, modifying, and canceling flights and hotels for business trips — making it fast, seamless, and stress-free.
With thousands of users worldwide and a rapidly expanding client base, the platform continuously introduces innovative features to enhance the business travel experience.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position, available exclusively to candidates based in the Hamburg region, Germany.

Your tasks on the position:

  • Lead the full sales cycle in Germany, including prospecting, product demos, negotiations, and closing deals with maritime clients
  • Use your existing network in the German maritime industry to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and networking events in the Hamburg area
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support your pipeline and ensure smooth client handovers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and actively contribute to business growth in the region

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in B2B Sales in the maritime domain is a must
  • Strong existing network in the German maritime sector (shipping, crewing, marine services)
  • Native German (C2 proficiency)
  • Fluent English (C1+ proficiency)

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience in B2B Sales in SaaS or travel domain

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary based on your experience and skills (up to €55,000 gross/year)
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) of €100,000–€120,000 annually, based on achieving sales targets
  • full-time, fully remote position based in the Hamburg region

  • 25 days of paid time off per calendar year
