Celltrion Healthcare Deutschland GmbH is the German subsidiary and a dynamic, fast‑growing company.
Act as a competent and trusted contact for immunology-focused physicians in outpatient practices and clinics.
Provide high-quality scientific advice on the use, mechanism of action, composition, benefits, and risks of monoclonal antibodies and other Celltrion products.
Present up-to-date clinical data and scientific developments related to Celltrion’s portfolio.
Share customer insights, experiences, and market feedback with internal stakeholders (back office, marketing, medical, and sales teams).
Develop, expand, and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Acquire and develop new customers within the assigned territory.
Achieve defined sales and performance objectives, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and territory performance based on sales data.
Create, implement, and continuously refine territory and business plans.
Manage and monitor the assigned budget responsibly.
Plan, organize, and execute regional customer events and educational meetings.
Participate in national congresses, conferences, and company events.
Actively contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of customer data in internal CRM systems.
Perform all administrative tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
Proactively monitor competitors and market developments and report findings to the Territory Manager.
Work closely with internal support functions and back-office teams.
Consistently comply with all applicable legal, ethical, and compliance regulations.
Confidently use and manage IT systems and digital tools relevant to the role.
Successfully completed studies in pharmacy, human or veterinary medicine, biology, chemistry, or qualification as a pharmaceutical-technical assistant (PTA) or certified pharmaceutical representative.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical field sales, ideally in specialist care and hospital settings.
Experience with biologicals and/or biosimilars is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated sales success is desirable.
Established contacts with physicians, key opinion leaders, and relevant networks are an asset.
Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
Valid driver’s license (class B) and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Structured, reliable, and independent working style with a high sense of responsibility.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify challenges and opportunities.
Solution-oriented mindset with a talent for collaboration and consensus building.
High level of conscientiousness in execution and follow-through.
