Arbeitsbeschreibung - Germany Sales Manager Starch/Staerke B2B m/f/d

Aufgaben

  • Selling starch (native and modified) and gluten to customers in the food / feed segment (mainly bakery) and implementing our sales strategy
  • You represent our company at home and abroad, advise our existing customers, acquire new customers on your own responsibility and help develop new markets
  • Creating offers, negotiating prices, with the aim of successful sales Representation of our company at trade fairs, conferences and congresses worldwide as well as constant expansion of your network
  • Report to the sales manager, creation of meaningful analyzes and reports, preparation of customer data, visit reports and orders
  • Coordination of quantities (availability) with logistics and export Optimization of the product portfolio for the food / feed marketing sector:
  • Creation of market overviews, forecasts and evaluations for the food / feed segment
  • Trouble shooting at the customer's, complaint processing in cooperation with QM Introduction of new developments in the market to end customers from the food industry
  • Tests of customer formulations in the application laboratory and at customers' sites

Qualifikation

  • You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree in chemistry, food technology,
  • Knowledge of food / feed law and food ingredients
  • Experience in B2B business or with food markets
  • Familiar handling of quality assurance systems and certification systems strong skills in conceptual thinking and analytical work
  • Excellent communication skills, high level of self-motivation, self-organization
