Arbeitsbeschreibung - Gerüstbauer (m/w/d)

GESTA Gesellschaft für Stahlrohrgerüste mbH is a company of the Teupe Group and is active in industrial scaffolding construction. With our industrial scaffolding, we are constantly on site at various plants in the chemical and processing industries as well as in energy and steel production.

Erection, conversion and dismantling of simple working and protective scaffolding through to technically sophisticated scaffolding constructions
Loading and unloading vehicles on the construction site
Care and maintenance of the material

Completed vocational training as a scaffolder (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned activities
Ability to work in a team, manual dexterity, physical resilience
Class B driving licence (an advantage)

Daily expenses for construction site assignments in the amount of € 14 per day
Above-tariff expenses for assembly work - €24 expenses for travelling to and from work and €38 expenses for full-day absence
Bonuses of up to €1,000 - employee recruitment bonus
All benefits from the framework collective agreement for scaffolding - e.g. holiday pay, additional holiday pay and 13th monthly salary
Bonuses for unusual working hours - Sunday, public holiday or night shift bonuses
Company pension scheme allowance of 25% and capital-forming benefits of up to €26.59 per month
