Arbeitsbeschreibung - Gerüstbau-Kolonnenführer (m/w/d)

We are an innovative group of companies in the fields of scaffolding, lifting technology, mechanical engineering and steel construction and are one of the market leaders in Germany.
 
Under the umbrella of the Teupe Group, we employ a total of around 550 people in Germany at our headquarters in Stadtlohn and five other locations as well as in Austria and Switzerland.

  • Erection, conversion and dismantling of simple working and protective scaffolding through to technically sophisticated scaffolding constructions
  • Leading a team of several scaffolders (m/f/d)
  • Monitoring and compliance with safety regulations
  • First point of contact for our site management
  • Many years of professional experience in scaffolding construction
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • Driving licence min. class B
  • Daily expenses for construction site assignments in the amount of € 14 per day
  • Above-tariff expenses for assembly work - €24 expenses for travelling to and from work and €38 expenses for full-day absence
  • Bonuses of up to €1,000 - employee recruitment bonus
  • All benefits from the framework collective agreement for scaffolding - e.g. holiday pay, additional holiday pay and 13th monthly salary  
  • Bonuses for unusual working hours - Sunday, public holiday or night shift bonuses
  • Company pension scheme allowance of 25% and capital-forming benefits of up to €26.59 per month
  • High-quality work clothing and state-of-the-art tools 
  • 30 days holiday and great company events - company parties and barbecues 
  • Company accident insurance, also in the private sector, in addition to statutory accident insurance
  • Varied and interesting construction sites
