Role Overview 

As Global Co‑Key User Purchase‑to‑Pay (P2P) – Procurement Digital & Analytics, you are a central SAP and process expert for the global P2P landscape. You drive standardization, digitalization, and analytics across the Hero Group, acting as a key interface between Procurement, IT, Finance, and global SAP teams. 

This role combines process ownership, master data governance, analytics enablement, and project work, including an active role in global SAP S/4HANA rollouts. You support operational procurement teams worldwide while continuously improving efficiency, data quality, and compliance. 

What You'll Achieve

• 
  

  Drive and govern the global Purchase‑to‑Pay (P2P) process, acting as SAP specialist and global P2P Key User. 

  
  

• 
  

  Support and co‑lead global SAP S/4HANA rollout activities in close collaboration with the global P2P and SAP teams. 

  
  

• 
  

  Develop, standardize, and maintain global Ways of Working (WoW), process templates, and P2P documentation. 

  
  

• 
  

  Analyze P2P processes to identify opportunities for standardization, digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement. 

  
  

• 
  

  Co‑lead the No PO – No Pay initiative and the global P2P Community, ensuring an effective support structure. 

  
  

• 
  

  Own and govern procurement master data globally, including data quality, migration support, and compliance with governance standards. 

  
  

• 
  

  Act as Key User for procurement analytics (SIEVO), ensuring user support, training, and high data and spend classification quality. 

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborate cross‑functionally with Procurement, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and local entities to coordinate global process and data changes. 

  
  

Who You Are 
Required Qualifications 

• 
  

  University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or comparable qualification 

  
  

• 
  

  Minimum 2 years of experience in P2P, procurement operations, or related ERP environments 

  
  

• 
  

  Strong hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP R/3 (P2P focus) 

  
  

• 
  

  Solid understanding of procurement processes and documentation standards 

  
  

• 
  

  Good analytical skills and structured, solution‑oriented working style 

  
  

• 
  

  Confident communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers 

  
  

• 
  

  Fluent German and English (mandatory) 

  
  

Preferred Qualifications

  Experience with SAP Ariba, procurement master data management, or spend analytics 

  
  

• 
  

  Key‑user or project experience in global ERP rollouts 

  
  

• 
  

  Basic lean or process improvement methodology knowledge

  Experience with SIEVO or comparable procurement analytics tools

  Additional languages such as Spanish or Swedish
