In this global leadership role, you will take responsibility for worldwide sales and the strategic development of our Transit & Enterprise (T&E) business.

You will lead an internationally distributed sales team and play a key role in driving sustainable growth and strengthening the business globally.

Your Responsibilities

Take global responsibility for sales and account management within the Transit & Enterprise segments.

Lead and develop an internationally distributed sales team across multiple countries and continents, both functionally and disciplinarily.

Define and implement strategic sales plans, including the development and management of strategic partners.

Drive the achievement of agreed revenue and sales targets.

Further develop and strengthen the Transit & Enterprise business and actively manage business-critical topics.

Coach, develop and support team members to foster strong performance and professional growth.

Your Qualifications

Several years of experience in international B2B sales and/or key account management.

Proven leadership experience with internationally distributed teams.

Experience in the Transit & Enterprise business or related industries is an advantage.

A strong track record in strategic sales planning and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Fluent English combined with strong communication and negotiation skills; additional languages are an advantage.

High willingness to travel internationally and strong intercultural competence.
