About the role: As Global Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with key opinion leaders and contribute to the planning process of a platform to engage product advocates across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the contracting processes for KOL surgeon consultancy and speaker services.
• Point of contact for management of all administration related to KOLs engaged in international consulting and speaking activities in line with policy, including working closely with legal and compliance colleagues to ensure that planned KOL engagements and events are compliant with HSO policies and local laws.
• KPI tracking
• Maintain and develop the HSO Network e-consultancy platform
• Work with the marketing team to ensure that online surveys are developed and that timelines are met
• Supporting maintenance of the LMS system for starters at HSO and Distributors coordinating with Sales Training, Commercial and HR colleagues as necessary
• Management of financial authorizations for marketing expenses and controlling orders and invoices

Requirements:

Diploma/Qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications and/or relevant experience

3- 5 years in a customer focussed role. Experience in application of Digital Marketing an advantage. Prior experience in the medical technology sector a benefit

Good presentation skills and able to express own ideas confidently in a team environment.

Languages: Fluent spoken and written English essential. German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese an advantage

Knowledge of the processes for planning, implementing and measuring digital project performance.

Able to control of service providers and agencies.

Highly organized, attention to detail, proactive, flexible and “hands on”.
