YOUR ROLE

• Planning, developing, and implementing effective digital brand communication strategies
• Conceptualizing, steering, and executing tailor-made digital campaigns with our brands at heart to drive business success
• Building and maintaining editorial calendar and creative guidelines
• Creating high-quality and engaging content for POE Digital Touchpoints such as social media, eCommerce, and Website
• Interact with digital creative agencies and production companies to create and review all content & ensure brand consistent message
• Adopting better content creation practices through frequent testing of new tools, content formats and distribution channels
• Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and consumer challenges to create a more effective content

YOUR SKILLS

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communication / Media Studies or a similar education in Social Media, Community Management or Online Marketing
• A digital and brand communications professional with minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at an FMCG company, beauty or fashion retailer, or digital creative agency
• Good sense of taste in imagery and text, and ability to recognize trends early on
• A highly collaborative team player who is flexible, reliable, highly organized, and able to handle projects independently
• In-depth understanding & experience working on key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and social media management/publishing tools such as Sprinklr / Hootsuite, and Influencer Management Tools
• Excellent communication and copy writing skills in English, knowledge of German language is a plus
