Succeeding with us is about finding solutions to the most pressing problems and executing effectively.We are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team and support multiple strategic initiatives that will elevate our brand's visual identity across different platforms. You will generate innovative design concepts, transforming complex ideas into compelling visual experiences that captivate and engage our audience.

• Creating Engaging Content: Develop captivating visual designs, including marketing materials, digital assets, landing pages, presentations, and branded graphics while maintaining a consistent tone of voice across all design elements.
• Visual Storytelling: Transform complex concepts into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our audience, demonstrating a deep understanding of brand messaging and positioning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and execute creative projects aligned with our brand vision.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance professional skills and contribute innovative ideas.
• Asset Management: Create and maintain systematic design libraries, templates, and brand guidelines.

• You have 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in fintech or payments.
• You demonstrate a robust portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills.
• You're proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma). Experience with Webflow and Blender is a strong plus.
• You can effectively translate complex business objectives into compelling visual narratives.
• You have a solid understanding of UX design principles.
• You possess a deep understanding of brand anatomy (brand brief, strategy, values, ideas, identity).
• You have experience conducting market research to inform design decisions.
• You're performance-driven with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• You can manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines in dynamic environments.
• You communicate fluently and professionally in English.
