Arbeitsbeschreibung - Group Process Engineer (SME - Plastic Injection Moulding)

Lead and coordinate engineering projects across the group
Standardize group-wide process definitions, overseeing the design and implementation of related manufacturing processes and equipment to achieve operational excellence
Optimize plastic injection manufacturing processes through engineering principles, analytics, and process design to improve product quality and reduce costs
Identify and select best-value technologies
Develop and implement systems, procedures, and protocols that comply with Quality Management System and Design Control requirements
Provide guidance to resolve technical issues

Extensive & Proven knowledge of the injection moulding process including tooling, equipment, polymer material and precision plastic injection moulding processing
Degree in Polymer or Mechanical Engineering preferred
Proven track record of leading projects, engineering operations and delivering quantitative and qualitative results
Excellent ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes scientifically
Experience in complex, geographically diverse organizations, willingness to travel, and ability to engage and commit others to objectives
Managerial, leadership and employee development experience, ensuring adequate training is provided to satisfy operational requirements
Proven ability to train, develop teamwork culture, and lead projects to deliver results
