Arbeitsbeschreibung - Growth & Talent Lead (d/f/m)

Join us on our mission: We’re Flexa — building the largest virtual power plant in Europe. To scale, we’re looking for a sharp, creative Growth & Talent Lead (d/f/m) who can attract top tech talent and shape how the world sees us.

You’ll own hiring strategy, candidate experience, and brand — from org planning to thought leadership.
 This is a rare role at the intersection of talent, brand, and growth — perfect for someone from VC, consulting, or high-growth ops.

  • Location: Munich, Germany

  • Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term

  • Salary Range: € 70.000 - 90.000 per year gross depending on the seniority level

  • Office-first work setup

  • Language Requirement: C1 Level English + German preferred 

  • Act as a core team member in venture building, helping Flexa grow not just headcount, but momentum, culture, and reputation.

  • Accelerate company growth by identifying and bringing in the people who will shape Flexa’s tech, data, and product DNA.

  • Own a critical growth lever: hiring. From strategy to execution, you’ll ensure we bring in top-tier talent at speed and quality.

  • Drive Flexa’s presence in the market — craft narratives, attend events, and build relationships that position us as a top destination for mission-driven tech talent.
    Work directly with founders and tech leadership to design roles, org structures, and long-term hiring plans aligned with company strategy.

  • Build and scale high-impact hiring funnels — combining creative sourcing, sharp messaging, and a deep understanding of what great looks like.

  • Shape the candidate journey as a brand experience, making every touchpoint with Flexa memorable and meaningful.

  • Improve how we hire — from tooling to process — with a bias for speed, clarity, and founder-quality execution.

  • You’ve worked in or with fast-scaling tech companies — whether as a founder, consultant, or in a people/org role — and understand how to build high-performing teams under pressure.

  • You have a strong understanding of technical talent and how to engage, evaluate, and excite the best engineers and data experts.

  • You’re a strategic thinker who can work backward from growth goals to define hiring priorities, org design, and process.

  • You’re energized by ownership and thrive in environments where you can build from zero, not just optimize what already exists.

  • You know how to create structure and clarity, even when priorities shift — and you bring others along with confidence.

  • You bring a strong brand and storytelling instinct, understanding how to shape perception and attract mission-aligned people.

  • You’re process-driven but pragmatic — you seek automation and efficiency without over-engineering.

  • You’re a strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working directly with founders and technical leadership.

Hello!

I'm Fabian, Co-founder at Flexa. My passion for the energy transition began early, during my first internship at a wind farm contractor when I was just 16. Watching those massive turbines rise from the ground was a moment of awe that still resonates with me. After starting a few of my own ventures and completing my studies in Finance, I transitioned into the consulting industry, where I eagerly immersed myself in energy projects. From that point on, I was hooked.

Building Flexa is both a tremendous motivator and a significant responsibility for me. It’s an incredible opportunity to work on some of the most complex and critical challenges our society faces today, alongside a team of exceptionally talented individuals.
