Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term
Salary Range: € 70.000 - 90.000 per year gross depending on the seniority level

Act as a core team member in venture building, helping Flexa grow not just headcount, but momentum, culture, and reputation.
Accelerate company growth by identifying and bringing in the people who will shape Flexa’s tech, data, and product DNA.
Own a critical growth lever: hiring. From strategy to execution, you’ll ensure we bring in top-tier talent at speed and quality.
Drive Flexa’s presence in the market — craft narratives, attend events, and build relationships that position us as a top destination for mission-driven tech talent.
Work directly with founders and tech leadership to design roles, org structures, and long-term hiring plans aligned with company strategy.
Build and scale high-impact hiring funnels — combining creative sourcing, sharp messaging, and a deep understanding of what great looks like.
Shape the candidate journey as a brand experience, making every touchpoint with Flexa memorable and meaningful.
Improve how we hire — from tooling to process — with a bias for speed, clarity, and founder-quality execution.
You’ve worked in or with fast-scaling tech companies — whether as a founder, consultant, or in a people/org role — and understand how to build high-performing teams under pressure.
You have a strong understanding of technical talent and how to engage, evaluate, and excite the best engineers and data experts.
You’re a strategic thinker who can work backward from growth goals to define hiring priorities, org design, and process.
You’re energized by ownership and thrive in environments where you can build from zero, not just optimize what already exists.
You know how to create structure and clarity, even when priorities shift — and you bring others along with confidence.
You bring a strong brand and storytelling instinct, understanding how to shape perception and attract mission-aligned people.
You’re process-driven but pragmatic — you seek automation and efficiency without over-engineering.
