Growth Manager, Influencer Marketing (m/f/x)

The role

For our international and fast growing team in Berlin, we are looking for a growth manager to bring influencer marketing to the next level across our portfolio of markets and help the team scale their large and dynamic creator program. 
In this role, you will be responsible for driving multiple data-driven, AI-focused projects for HelloFresh to continue being one of the world’s leading players in the creator economy. You will be using your vast knowledge in paid marketing and our customer insights to identify opportunities for our operations to be more scalable and our campaigns to be more exciting. This includes enabling visibility on funnel metrics, working closely with central and local teams to optimise performance reviews and optimise our campaign management processes.

You will report directly to the Global Associate Director of Influencer Marketing.

What you’ll do

• Create innovative workflows that allow multiple central and local teams to work together and have better visibility over the influencer channel 


• Work closely with the Automation and Optimization Influencer lead to improve the data accuracy and visibility of the channel 


• Create your own pipeline of AI projects with external and internal stakeholders to optimise campaign management and reduce influencer onboarding time


• Participate in performance review rounds and provide valuable feedback to optimise our campaigns


• Work in close collaboration with our local influencer teams to ensure adoption of projects and participation in tests


• Take a critical view on the current setup of the program and actively propose strategic changes in favor of ROI

What you’ll bring

• You have at least 2-4 years of experience as growth marketing manager 


• You have experience working in complex, multi-channel international teams 


• You are intrigued by the creator marketing landscape 


• You have strong project management skills 


• You are data driven and can create easy-to-digest data visualizations in tools like /Google Sheets, Slides and Clarisights   


• You have strong relationship management skills 


• You are highly self motivated individual with a hands-on mentality


• Requirement: Full proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus
