Usurpo are partnering with a successful start-up in the digital media space who provide hours of entertainment with games, quizzes and personality tests; from testing your skills on sudoku to satisfying your curiosity to know which Harry Potter character you may be or how old your brain is?! They are looking to expand the team with the position of a Growth Marketing Manager to be based in Berlin.

What will you be doing?

• You will be responsible for performance marketing channels such as; Google Ads (Display, Search, YouTube), Microsoft, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat or Tiktok
• Examine market opportunities and identify optimisation potential across the board
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement actions across marketing channels for increased performance
• Report to the Marketing Team Lead and C-Level on performance, trends, projects, and campaigns you have been working on.
• This is a hybrid role with coming into the office for a few days a week.

What will you need?

• Experience of working with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or paid social channels with at least 5-digit monthly budgets.
• Ability to think strategically and add to developing marketing strategies to hit business objectives
• An active approach to campaign planning, staying ahead of industry trends, and anticipating changes to optimize strategies accordingly.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a successful A/B testing and campaign optimisation track record
