As our Guest Experience Associate you will have the chance to join our company just as we are expanding our DACH markets and growing our business significantly.

You will have an impact on:

• Analyse guest feedback across platforms to identify trends and recommend improvements

• Manage escalations from outsourced teams and ensure quick resolution with internal teams

• Oversee smooth guest arrivals, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and create check-in guides

• Train outsourced teams and work closely with the Guest Experience Lead on service improvements

• Drive process enhancements and ensure clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders

What you will add to our Crew:

• 2+ years of experience in a guest experience, hospitality, or customer service role.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret guest feedback and drive improvements.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest issue resolution.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience managing escalations and working with outsourced teams is a plus.
