Accountabilities:
- Take full end-to-end ownership of complex engineering problems, from design and implementation to deployment and iteration.
- Build, ship, and maintain high-performance systems with a strong emphasis on speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Continuously improve product architecture and codebases with a focus on efficiency and long-term maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly translate product ideas into production-ready systems.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive technical solutions without waiting for direction.
- Ensure engineering excellence through rigorous self-review, testing, and fast feedback loops.
- Contribute to system-level decisions that shape product direction and technical strategy.
Requirements
- Proven ability to operate in high-ownership, fast-paced engineering environments.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and languages.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping production-grade systems at speed.
- High agency, strong initiative, and comfort working without heavy structure or guidance.
- Deep understanding of system design, performance optimization, and scalable architecture principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward practical execution over theoretical discussion.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in high-intensity teams.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments with rapidly changing priorities.
- Passion for building, iterating, and continuously improving technical products.

- Base compensation ranging from $200,000 – $400,000 USD
- Equity compensation ranging from $75,000 – $175,000 USD
