Regular control of the technical equipment in the guest rooms for functionality and perfect condition
Daily house tours to check the condition of the building and its outdoor facilities
Inspection of building technical equipment, such as heating, air conditioning, elevators, electronics
Recording and processing of defects in the building, equipment and technical installations
Contact and supervision of contractors and service providers
Carrying out repairs and painting work

First experience in technical building equipment is an advantage, but not a must
Professional experience as a building technician, janitor or a comparable position preferably in the hotel industry
Good technical understanding and manual skills
Independent, structured and assertive way of working
Secure knowledge of German, both written and spoken
