This is an Upscale a la carte restaurant ready to open in May 2022. The design will be Modern and funky and attracting younger generation of diners.

4 Chefs in the kitchen including the Head Chef

Restaurant WORKING HOURS

Tuesday to Saturday 6 p.m. to 10 p.m

Sunday & Monday Closed

Requirements

The Head Chef will join their current restaurant for Training ASAP and start with the new restaurant when ready together with the rest of the team.

The Menu will be the same as in their previous restaurant to start with but after that the Head Chef will be responsible for making new Menu seasonally or when required by the owners.

• Strong Sous chef looking for the first position as a Head Chef
  


• Creative and Ambitious chef who loves Asian/Japanese cuisine
  


• Experience in International Steaks & Sushi concept would be a plus
  


• Menu development, Cost Control , People management skills
  


• Available at a short notice

Starting date: As soon as possible

Contract type: Permanent

Benefits

For 5 working days , 2 days off , 40 hours per week

Overtime is paid

25 days paid holidays

Salary: 2,800 EURO/Net per month ( negotiable )+ tips ( 200 / 300 EURO per month cash ) x 12 salaries per year

Medical & Pension insurance paid by the company

Accommodation will be provided at a cost of around 300 EURO / per month in a shared apartment with private bedroom shared kitchen and bathroom
