Ihre Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen die globale Verantwortung für Strategie, Architektur und Umsetzung aller AI-Initiativen bei Kelvion. Dabei führen Sie das AI-Team, gestalten Standards und sorgen dafür, dass KI-Lösungen weltweit sicher, skalierbar und geschäftsrelevant eingesetzt werden.

Sie entwickeln und verantworten die globale AI-Strategie, Roadmap und das Zielbetriebsmodell.
Sie führen ein Team aus AI Engineers und AI Solution Architects und bauen Kompetenzen kontinuierlich weiter aus.
Sie definieren und überwachen unternehmensweite AI-Architekturstandards, Governance und Security-Vorgaben.
Sie stellen sicher, dass alle AI-Lösungen skalierbar, sicher, compliant und produktionsreif sind.
Sie steuern das globale AI-Use-Case-Portfolio, priorisieren Initiativen und treiben deren Umsetzung voran.
Sie kümmern sich um Lifecycle-Management, Wiederverwendbarkeit und internationale Skalierung.
Sie arbeiten eng mit Business Units, IT-Teams und externen Partnern weltweit zusammen.

Ihre Qualifikation

Sie verfügen über ein technisches Studium (z. B. Informatik, AI, Engineering) sowie mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in KI‑, Cloud‑ oder Architekturrollen.
Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft Azure AI Stack, M365 und relevanten Automatisierungsplattformen.
Sie bringen Erfahrung in der AI‑ und Softwareentwicklung, API‑Design und Systemintegration mit.
Sie verstehen Identity & Access Management, Data‑ und Security‑Architektur sowie moderne Cloud‑ und AI‑Deployment‑Modelle.
Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Kenntnisse zu AI‑Use‑Cases in der produzierenden Industrie.
Sie arbeiten sicher mit SQL, SAP BW, MS Fabric sowie BI‑Tools wie Power BI.
Sie kommunizieren klar, denken strategisch, handeln analytisch und führen Teams souverän.
Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse und bringen Bereitschaft zu weltweiten Dienstreisen mit.

Your Responsibilities

You will take on global responsibility for the strategy, architecture, and implementation of all AI initiatives at Kelvion. In this role, you will lead the AI team, define standards, and ensure that AI solutions are deployed worldwide in a secure, scalable, and business‑relevant manner.

You develop and own the global AI strategy, roadmap, and target operating model.
You lead a team of AI Engineers and AI Solution Architects and continuously build and expand capabilities.
You define and oversee company‑wide AI architecture standards, governance, and security requirements.
You ensure that all AI solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and ready for production.
You manage the global AI use‑case portfolio, prioritize initiatives, and drive their implementation.
You are responsible for lifecycle management, reusability, and international scalability.
You work closely with business units, IT teams, and external partners worldwide.

Your Qualifications

You hold a technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, AI, Engineering) and have several years of leadership experience in AI, cloud, or architecture roles.
You have solid expertise in the Microsoft Azure AI stack, M365, and relevant automation platforms.
You bring experience in AI and software development, API design, and system integration.
You understand identity & access management, data and security architecture, as well as modern cloud and AI deployment models.
Ideally, you have knowledge related to AI use cases in the manufacturing industry.
You are proficient in SQL, SAP BW, MS Fabric, and BI tools such as Power BI.
You communicate clearly, think strategically, act analytically, and lead teams confidently.
You have excellent German and English language skills and are willing to travel internationally.
