Head of Brand

As the Head of Brand, you will shape and elevate the global brand presence of PERGOLUX, steering our strategy from deep consumer insights to trust-building, storytelling, and scalable brand systems. You will lead a high-impact function that informs marketing, product and UX, and creative teams while ensuring PERGOLUX becomes a top-of-mind, instinctively trusted outdoor-living brand. At PERGOLUX, you’ll join a collaborative, design-driven, and ambitious team united by Scandinavian-inspired innovation and a shared commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead rigorous consumer and competitor research to create personas, map buyer journeys, and generate insights that drive marketing, product, and UX performance.
  

• Develop and execute PR, partnership, and visibility strategies that grow awareness cost-efficiently across all markets.
  

• Design and implement a long-term trust strategy that significantly strengthens credibility at every customer touchpoint.
  

• Define brand identity, messaging frameworks, tone of voice, and guardrails that empower local teams while ensuring consistency.
  

• Collaborate with Creative to build a flexible design system, templates, and tools that scale efficiently across regions.
  

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in brand strategy or product marketing with a proven ability to link brand initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
  

• Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset, turning insights into actionable drivers of performance.
  

• Experience with PR, partnerships, storytelling, and crafting scalable brand frameworks.
  

• AI capability for research, content generation, and improving operational efficiency.
  

• A hands-on, autonomous working style with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and enable local markets.
