Head of Business Unit - Arms (human)

Your Mission & Challenges

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for cobot and robotic arm products — from concept through development, certification, production ramp-up, and market launch

• Define and continuously evolve the long-term product vision and roadmap for NEURA Robotics' portfolio

• Act as the single accountable owner for product success, including commercial performance, technical direction, and customer satisfaction

• Set, track, and report on product-level OKRs and KPIs to senior leadership

• Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, sales, marketing, and executive teams

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify growth opportunities

• Drive go-to-market strategies in close alignment with sales and marketing and represent the product at key industry events

• Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance throughout the lifecycle and post-launch

• Mentor and support junior product managers

What we look forward to

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field

• 7+ years of experience in product management, including at least 4 years in robotics or industrial automation

• Proven track record of successfully launching complex robotic or mechatronic products

• Deep technical understanding of collaborative robots and robotic arms, including safety standards (ISO 10218, ISO/TS 15066)

• Strong technical foundation with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams

• Experience with agile product management methodologies and tools such as Jira

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences

• High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment

• Resilience and strong problem-solving skills under pressure
