Head of Central Actuarial Pricing Services

Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the development and implementation of the pricing strategy for our corporate lines


• Overall responsibility for the further development and establishment of the pricing framework and governance


• (Further) development of actuarial models using exposure and experience methods for all lines of HDI Global SE in close cooperation with the Underwriting, Technical and Strategic Services and Reserving functions


• Support for the lines of business and portfolio management functions, including training on actuarial topics


• Organization of a pricing IT platform (tools and processes) and database in close cooperation with IT and Data Analytics


• Technical, organizational and disciplinary management of the department's employees

Your Profile

• Completed studies in (business) mathematics, statistics, econometrics or a related field of study and certified actuary


• Several years of management experience and the ability to motivate and lead a team to long-term success 


• Several years of professional experience in the (industrial) insurance industry in the areas of actuarial services or portfolio management 


• Excellent communication, teamwork and coordination skills for effective stakeholder management- High level of enthusiasm, persuasiveness and assertiveness


• Strong strategic and visionary thinking for the further development of our pricing strategy


• Very good written and spoken German and English skills and enjoy working in an international team
