Our client is a rapidly growing, VC -backed company in the wellness sector. They’ve developed a unique, membership -based massage studio concept — bringing a “gym -style” model to self -care.

As a Head of Finance, you will lead the next phase of their growth journey, overseeing strategic finance, FP&A, and the development of a high -performing finance team. In this role, you’ll act as a key partner to the founders, owning everything from market entry strategy and capital structure to forecasting, reporting, and managing external finance partners.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and oversee core accounting and financial control processes
  
• Develop and manage financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for internal stakeholders and the board
  
• Drive strategic financial initiatives, including market expansion, legal entity structuring, leasing, and debt financing
  
• Shape the company’s capital strategy and translate growth plans into robust financial models and business scenarios
  
• Build and lead a high -performing finance team, including hiring, mentoring, and developing junior talent
