As Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will lead FSC’s global financial planning, enterprise performance management, and strategic resource allocation agenda, ensuring the organization’s long-term financial sustainability and operational effectiveness across a network spanning more than 80 countries. Acting as a trusted advisor to Executive Leadership, you will provide strategic financial insights, performance frameworks, and decision-support analyses that align financial resources, investments, and organizational priorities with FSC’s mission of promoting responsible forest management worldwide.
Working closely with business leaders, regional teams, governments, civil society organizations, Indigenous Peoples, local communities, and corporate stakeholders, you will drive evidence-based decision-making, strengthen financial stewardship, and optimize organizational performance. The role is responsible for shaping FSC’s financial resilience by ensuring that strategic initiatives, resource allocation, and performance outcomes are measurable, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise objectives, enabling FSC to maximize its global impact while maintaining strong financial governance and accountability.
