The Role 

We’re looking for a Head of Growth to turn our product into a magnet. You’ll lead everything from awareness to activation. You’ll define and test strategies, launch experiments, drive adoption, and build out a growth stack that scales. 

You’ll be both strategic and hands-on - an architect and a builder. You’ll work directly with the founders, product, and engineering to create something customers can’t live without. 

Your goal: make Knowlix a product people discover, love, and share. 

What You Bring (Requirements) 

• Proven ability to drive user and revenue growth from zero-to-one
• 6+ years experience in the growth area
• Analytical sharpness - you love digging into funnels, cohorts, and insights
• High ownership and comfort with fast iteration and ambiguity
• Deep understanding of the US landscape from direct experience
• Bias to action 
• Deep care about the user - and what makes them fall in love with a product
• You are wildly ambitious, but low ego - driven by craft, not titles
