About Our Client

Our client is a global provider of mechanical components, tools, and materials for the manufacturing industry. With a team of over 200 employees and a revenue in the triple-digit million range for its European business, the company is headquartered in Hessen. The company is in a transition phase from a small to a medium-sized enterprise and is aiming for increased internationalization.

For the position of Head of HR & Legal (m/f/d), our client is seeking an experienced leader who is capable of leading the HR and legal departments and implementing global HR strategies at the European level.

Job Description

Development and implementation of HR strategies at the European level.

Leadership of the HR and legal departments, including process standardization.

Improvement of communication between departments and Talent Acquisition teams.

Optimization of the recruitment process to reduce long recruitment times.

Close collaboration with the works council to promote effective cooperation.

Identification and implementation of quick wins to improve daily operations and recruitment.

Support of the transition from a small to a medium-sized enterprise and the internationalization strategy.

Development and implementation of an HR system from scratch.

Management of conflicts and issues related to management, especially the Ops Director.

Monitoring compliance with legal regulations and policies in the HR and legal fields.
