Werder Havel Pet Food is seeking a hands-on HR & Recruiting Lead to drive end-to-end talent acquisition and people operations. In this role, you will ensure open positions are filled on time, hiring and employment documentation remain fully compliant, and employees experience clear, supportive HR processes across the organization.

Lead HR management and recruiting to deliver timely hiring, compliant people processes, and an excellent employee experience—while continuously improving candidate pipeline quality, interview conversion, and onboarding effectiveness to support retention and operational efficiency.
