Head of Industrial Engineering

As the Head of Industrial Engineering at cellcentric, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, enhancing efficiency, and contributing to the company's growth and success. You will lead a team of talented industrial engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our operations are streamlined and cost-effective. 

Responsibilities:

  You are responsible for developing and implementing strategies for improving production processes, reducing waste, and increasing overall efficiency. 

  
  

• 
  

  You lead a team of industrial engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. 

  
  

• 
  

  You support and collaborate with various departments, including production, supply chain, and quality to drive process improvements. 

  
  

• 
  

  You analyze and conduct time and motion studies, process mapping, and data analysis to identify areas for optimization. 

  
  

• 
  

  You take over and utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate process bottlenecks and inefficiencies. 

  
  

• 
  

  You manage projects related to process improvements. 

  
  

• 
  

  You ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. 

  
  

• 
  

  You stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our processes. 

  
  

Experience and Qualification:  

• 
  

  You have successfully completed your studies (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in the field of Industrial Engineering or a related field. 

  
  

• 
  

  You have several years of proven experience in industrial engineering. and a strong knowledge of Lean methodologies. 

  
  

• 
  

  Your strengths include excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 

  
  

• 
  

  Ideally, you possess project management experience. 

  
  

• 
  

  As an add on, you have a solid understanding of the Fuel Cell industry, the technology and the ecosystem in which we operate, including our shareholders, our partners and suppliers.

  You have proven experience from leading teams with many interfaces and stakeholders to interact with.
