Head of Investor Relations (m/f/d)

• Lead the IR communications strategically and holistically, to define the HomeToGo equity and debt stories to analysts as well as to equity and bond investors.
• Oversee strategy and content development for regular financial reporting, including quarterly and annual reports, as well as collaborating closely with the Corporate PR team on overall press strategy.
• Serve as gatekeeper for all investor-facing communications and events, including developing presentations, scripts and Q&As for investor events (meetings, capital market days, roadshows, conferences).
• Participate and represent HomeToGo at industry/banking conferences, effectively communicating the equity and debt stories to external audiences.
• Manage content strategy and maintenance for IR-owned channels, including the Investor Relations website and newsletter, as well as developing a knowledge database for incoming requests.
• Facilitate the preparation of reports and documents for stock exchange / application obligations.
• Support in complying with regulatory capital market requirements (e.g., MAR, WpHG, etc.), including the drafting and dissemination of mandatory notifications such as voting rights and managers’ transactions announcements.
• Conduct strategic IR landscape research on competitors, new business areas and specific markets.

• Are fluent in German and English (both verbal and written professional fluency is required).
• Have multiple years of work experience in investor relations as well as in investment banking/consulting, e.g. in M&A, equity sales or research.
• Possess an affinity for and understanding of capital markets and regulatory requirements in Germany, as well as a solid understanding of business contexts, macroeconomics, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends.
• Have a deep interest in understanding the financials of our business (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow) in detail and to explain the numbers as well as the story behind the numbers to our investors.
• Have experience in corporate communications.
• Are a hands-on team player, comfortable with a dynamic, entrepreneurial and fast-changing environment with the desire to constantly challenge the status quo to succeed.
• Are highly analytical, as a high level of data accuracy is required, with a strong interest in understanding evolving business models and drivers.
• Can communicate fearlessly and have the proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
• Have a proven strength in planning, organisation and project management with a client-minded focus
• Possess an excellent business acumen with outstanding analytical, financial and data management skills, including strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
