Develop and maintain a security audit program
Lead security audits to enhance measures and awareness
Present security-related insights and external intelligence to management
Monitor and review LSP (Logistics Service Providers) to improve compliance and awareness
Security Awareness & Training
Create and deliver effective security awareness training programs
Design training materials and lead employee workshops
Networking & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and strengthen relationships with industry bodies, authorities, and law enforcement (e.g., TAPA, VEDA)
Maintain an internal security network across Samsung’s supply chain stakeholders
Regional Security Handbook
Manage and update the regional security handbook (policies, procedures, audits, KPIs, reports)
Ensure all SCM processes meet corporate security standards across Germany
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (Police, Military Police, etc.)
5–7 years of relevant professional experience in a security-related role
Recognized security certification (CPO, CPP, or equivalent)
Strong security network in Germany/Europe
Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)
Proficient in MS Office tools
Willingness to travel across Germany and attend industry events
Valid Class B driver’s license
