Head of Marketing (Secure AI, Early-Stage)

We’re a VC-funded startup based in Germany with around 20 team members. Our product, Privatemode AI, is the world’s first AI SaaS that keeps data encrypted even during processing. This makes it a sovereign and trustworthy alternative to ChatGPT. The product addresses a major market gap and, just a few months after launch, already has a rapidly growing customer base and a strong pipeline.

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing, a strategically minded, hands-on generalist who will own our go-to-market efforts and help drive the next phase of our growth.

This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious AI company at an early stage and help shape the trajectory of a breakthrough product.

You will be responsible for all marketing activities, including:

• Developing and refining our positioning

• Building and executing a content strategy

• Planning, executing, and optimizing demand generation campaigns

• Setting up and managing marketing operations (CRM, email flows, landing pages, etc.)

• Managing external service providers

• Establishing reporting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)

From day one, you’ll lead a small team and work closely with our leadership team across many areas.

• Broad generalist profile with strengths in at least two of the following areas: content, demand generation, product marketing, SEO

• Ability to communicate technical content effectively

• Experience in an early-stage environment, ideally helping to build from "0 to 1" or "1 to 10"

• Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

• High level of initiative, a hands-on mindset, and eagerness to learn

• Willingness to take full ownership initially and build out the team over time

• Excellent command of both English and German
