Arbeitsbeschreibung - Head of Mobile Development (f/m/d)

As Head of Mobile Development (f/m/d), you will be responsible for managing a 35-strong Mobile Development team and actively shape the leadership culture in the company in close collaboration with other managers. In this way, every manager contributes to an atmosphere in which we have fun, challenge ourselves, come up with new ideas and grow visions.

You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of currently 35 mobile app developers, as well as promoting their professional development.
You scale, optimize and continuously develop the system architecture of the mobile development area in close coordination with the management.
You coordinate the cross-platform development of various mobile products in the finance environment.
You take responsibility for the implementation of strategic projects.
You are open to new technologies and use them to develop ideas to continuously improve the products and existing processes.
You are responsible for maintaining high quality standards.
You communicate with various internal and external stakeholders on a technical and strategic level.

You have several years of management responsibility (at least 3 years) in app development (Android, iOS), ideally in a finance environment and in the management of medium-sized development teams.
You have a high level of quality awareness, enjoy solving problems and have a hands-on mentality.
You are open to new technologies and have a sound knowledge of system architectures.
You are communicative and enjoy working in a cooperative environment with plenty of room for personal responsibility and creativity.
You like to take responsibility for our products and actively contribute to the optimization of our processes and products.
You are able to communicate with your team in English and German (at least C1 level).
