How you will contribute to our success


From day one, you’ll have the space to take initiative, make real contributions, and help move our team and product forward. We’re looking for a Hands-on and action-oriented Head of Partnerships to take ownership of our partner ecosystem and help build the foundation for our next phase of growth.

Partnership Strategy & Ownership: Own and scale Smoobu’s entire partner ecosystem, managing OTA relationships (Airbnb, Booking, VRBO, etc.) and expanding the Add-on offering through strategic validation, go-to-market execution, and monetization.
Commercial Growth & Integration Success: Build and maintain mutually beneficial commercial relationships to optimize distribution, ensure OTA integration success, and boost partner-driven revenue through effective pricing and packaging.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to create compelling joint offers, campaigns, and upsell opportunities that maximize partnership value.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop the Partnerships team, managing two Partner Managers, prioritizing initiatives, and fostering alignment to hit strategic goals.
Operational Excellence & Scalability: Serve as senior partner contact and implement scalable frameworks with clear processes, documentation, and visibility across teams.



You will thrive in this role if you


  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships, business development, or channel/integration management.
  • Proven track record owning partner portfolios, including commercial and/or technical/API-based integrations.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity to independently develop solutions.
  • Skilled at managing strategic relationships while driving execution.
  • Experienced "Head of" seeking to elevate scope and take on greater strategic challenges.
  • Communicates clearly, confidently, and empathetically in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
  • Brings focus and clarity to work while delivering practical solutions.
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and prioritizes effectively.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in OTA, vacation rental, or marketplace partnerships
  • Background in commercial SaaS, SMB tech, or API ecosystems.
