Head of Quality Management (m/f/d)

• Technical and managerial leadership of a multidisciplinary quality team
• Development and implementation of the quality strategy in alignment with overall company objectives
• Promotion of a quality culture and preventive mindset across all departments
• Analysis of quality metrics (scrap rates, customer returns, FPY) and initiation of continuous improvement measures
• Coordination and support during customer, certification, and internal audits
• Management of measuring and testing equipment, metrology, and calibration processes

• Degree (Master's or Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or Production Engineering; alternatively, technical vocational training with further training as Quality Manager combined with relevant professional experience
• At least ten years of professional experience in a senior quality assurance role within a demanding industrial environment, ideally in mechanical engineering or drive technology
• Proven expertise in quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 50001) and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, APQP, PDCA)
• Strong analytical and methodological skills combined with a systematic, process-oriented approach
• Confident leadership personality with high credibility, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English and German is essential; knowledge of French is an advantage
