Head of Quantitative Risk Management

Your Tasks

• Lead and manage a team of modelers and quantitative risk professionals


• Oversee development of quantitative models in HDI International division, especially capital models


• Managing the quantitative reporting processes of the division, including Solvency II reporting


• Supporting M&A projects with a focus on capital management aspects

Your Profile

• Master’s in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Finance or a related quantitative field


• Proven track record in quantitative risk management or model development


• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and related accounting regimes, especially Solvency II and IFRS


• High intrinsic motivation to develop and excel in leadership and people management


• Versatile communication skillset covering the full range from expert to generalist communication, from local to international communication


• English language proficiency, other languages (German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish) beneficial
