Head of Region APAC (m/f/d)

As our Head of Region APAC (m/f/d) you will lead the commercial development and operational management of the APAC region within our Region International Markets. Together with your team, you will manage and further develop the regional partner network across APAC markets, driving sustainable business growth and supporting the successful execution of regional strategies across the portfolio.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead and develop the regional APAC team at HQ, fostering strong collaboration and supporting the execution of regional business priorities
• Business & P&L Responsibility: Hold responsibility for the regional business performance, including planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities
• Strategic Business Development: Develop and implement regional growth strategies based on market developments, business opportunities and customer needs
• Product Launch & Commercial Execution: Support regional product launches and coordinate related commercial, marketing and training activities together with internal and external stakeholders
• Partner Management: Manage and further develop relationships with regional distribution and business partners, ensuring effective collaboration and business performance
• Contracting & Business Operations: Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations and support operational processes within the regional partner network
• Supply Chain & Forecast Coordination: Ensure alignment on forecasting, order tracking and supply-related activities in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
