We seek to develop a dream team of outstanding investment analysts with strong academic and professional achievements and a passion for investing and technology.
Dedale is launching a Talent Intelligence practice and we are looking for one senior person to lead it from the ground up.
You will own the P&L of a new business unit, build the team, define the methodology, and develop the client base — with the full backing of an established intelligence platform and a network of 100+ leading investment firms and corporates behind you.
This is the right role for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to build something real, take ownership of outcomes, and grow a practice that bears their mark.
1.Mandate Delivery
Own the end-to-end delivery of senior advisory mandates for investment firms and corporates
Run kick-off calls with our sponsors, align on advisor profile, timeline, and confidentiality framework
Review and sign off shortlists before any introduction is made to the sponsors
Make formal introductions and manage the relationship through to advisor appointment
Oversee 20–40 active mandates simultaneously as the practice scales
2.Team & Process
Define the screening methodology and standardise deliverable formats
Brief and manage Dedale's dedicated sourcing team based in APAC on requirements for each mandate
Build and manage Associates on screening calls and research deck production
Build the operational playbook as the practice grows — capture best practices, improve quality, increase velocity
3.Commercial Development & P&L Ownership
Own the revenue and cost line of the Talent Intelligence practice
Work closely with the Sales team and VPs to expand the mandate pipeline across existing and new accounts
Identify cross-sell opportunities between intelligence mandates and Talent Intelligence mandates
Represent Dedale's Talent Intelligence capability in client conversations with PE Partners and fund managing directors
4.Data & Platform
Contribute to building the people intelligence data layer in our platform to strengthen the long-term people intelligence asset
4–6 years of experience in advisory sourcing, executive search, or talent intelligence
Proven experience engaging and managing relationships with C-level executives, board members, and senior leaders across complex, high-stakes mandates
Proven track record of running mandates end-to-end and managing client relationships independently
Entrepreneurial mindset — energised by building from scratch, owning outcomes, and taking initiative without a safety net
Comfortable owning a P&L and being accountable for revenue targets
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
Structured, data-literate, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Fluent in English — French and other European languages a strong plus
