As Health & Safety Manager EMEA (m/f/d), you are responsible for ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety regulations and industry standards across all Crown non‑manufacturing locations throughout the EMEA region.

Your role and responsibilities 

• Provide EHS leadership, guidance, and subject matter expertise for all non‑manufacturing locations across the EMEA region 
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, procedures, training, and standards in compliance with legal and corporate requirements 
• Ensure EHS compliance relating to hazardous and non‑hazardous waste, hazardous materials, ergonomics, and environmental protection 
• Lead incident prevention and investigation processes, monitor safety performance, conduct audits, and report key EHS metrics to management 
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with legal, compliance, engineering, facilities, and executive management to support EHS objectives 
• Drive strategic EHS initiatives, manage department budgets, proactively identify risks, and support continuous improvement and an incident‑free culture

• Background: Do you hold a degree in Occupational Safety & Health, EHS Law, or a comparable qualification, combined with several years of relevant professional experience? 
• Skills: Do you have a strong understanding of EMEA health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations, and know how to apply them effectively in industrial environments? Do you bring additional experience working with international stakeholders, managing change, or leading projects in an EMEA setting? Can you demonstrate a proven track record of implementing safety improvements and successfully achieving certifications such as ISO 14001 and ISO 50001?
