Health Care Litigation Attorney (Flexible Location in CA)

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a California-barred attorney to join its Health Care practice, a specialized subgroup within the broader Consumer Financial Services team. This group handles sophisticated health care-related litigation, including:

• ERISA benefits actions

• Payor-provider contract disputes

• Out-of-network reimbursement claims

• Regulatory compliance issues

• Consumer coverage litigation

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Active membership in the California bar

• State and federal court litigation experience

• Strong academic and professional credentials

• Exceptional legal research and persuasive writing skills

• Excellent analytical and communication abilities

• Judicial clerkship experience (preferred)

Compensation:
