As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you and your team play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a positive and memorable stay, from their first impression to their departure.

Your key responsibilities:

• Ensure and monitor quality standards in guest rooms, VIP areas, and public spaces


• Coordinate the daily operations of our housekeeping service partners


• Inspect cleanliness, organization, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas


• Record and follow up on maintenance requests and manage lost-and-found items


• Work closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Management teams


• Support administrative tasks within the Housekeeping Office


• Train, onboard, and support new team members and apprentices

Be able.

• Initial experience in housekeeping or formal training in hospitality


• A keen eye for quality and cleanliness


• Good German and English language skills for our international hotel environment


• Strong organizational skills, a hands-on attitude, and a team-oriented mindset


• A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
