Guidance and control of the housekeeping staff with regard to the work to be carried out.
Permanent and thorough control of quality cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, corridors, public and non-public areas
Continuous room condition check - active room check
Ensuring that guest rooms are properly stocked with all necessary supplies and guest items
Arranging for repairs, special cleaning, restocking, etc.
Control of material consumption, ordering of materials

Completed training or experience in a comparable position
Good knowledge of German and English
Experience in housekeeping service
Leadership experience and in instructing employees as well as external service providers
