HR Associate (f/m/d) Office based in our Frankfurt am Main office

  Your responsibilities:  

• Collaboration and support in the HR department throughout the employee lifecycle  

• Data entry and maintenance in our HR systems  

• Processing, maintaining, and monitoring electronic time tracking  

• Assisting with the implementation of a new HR tool  

• Creation and maintenance of our personnel files in both paper and digital formats  

• Collaboration on local and international HR projects  

• Supporting office management (especially during illness or vacation)  

Your impact

Your profile:  

• Initial experience in the HR field 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English  


• Experience in German Labour Laws

• Ability to work independently and attention to detail  

• Highly reliable and trustworthy when handling personnel data 

• Experience with MS Office / IT proficiency  

• Proactive and structured approach to work
