Arbeitsbeschreibung - HR Business Administrator (m/w/d)

Your mission

Coordination of visa documentation for international new hires in Europe
Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle of international staff, from onboarding to offboarding.
Collaboration with our European branches to harmonize HR standards.
Maintenance of vehicle data and administrative support for leasing car management.

Your profile

Business fluency in German, Chinese, and English.
Professional experience in a similar role with a proven track record in handling visa and residence permit applications.
Proactive and service-oriented approach with a passion for supporting international colleagues.
Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent way of working.
